We offer 1 year and 3 year insurance policies to our customers. Prices vary and will be given in quotes.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free for every PC purchased from us!
Can I have the maintenance plan if I'm outside of Kent?

Here at JRs Custom PCs, we like to provide all our customers with the best service possible. We are located in Kent, so that's why we only say within the Kent area. If as a customer, you would be willing to travel from outside of Kent for maintenance, then we would be more than happy to take your PC in and do the work that needs to be done.
Do you offer any discounts?

We offer a review and reward plan, which gives our customers 15% off our annual maintenance plan for leaving us some honest feedback on our pages.
